Problem with PCA 178 DVD

<p>I'm getting an error code whenever I try to install <span style="font-style:italic">any</span> program at all from this disc. This is the error message:</p>
<p>code.txt MISSING for Power Director 5 VE ***Also Check Folder is as specified in Menu_Items.txt: D:/disccontents/full software/powerdirector5</p>
<p>and I get just the OK button. Surprise surprise.</p>
<p>When I look in the DiscContents directory, there's no folders or other software or contents at all in there. I suspect I have a faulty DVD.</p>
<p>Any ideas, anyone?</p>

<p>However I will try the phone number today and see if there's anyone there!</p>
