Hi, I installed 4A-Studio on my pc and sent an email to the address given for a free key. As I didn't have a key to enter I cancelled this box and a screen came up to say that 4A-Studio had been running in trial mode and did I want to upgrade to the full package. I have not yet received a reply to give me a free key to use it. Has anyone had this problem?
Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Anyone any ideas, please.

Hi Watson, Indeed
Scott Ewart - 8 July 2008 - 12:36pmHi Watson,
Indeed uninstalling the application is the only way to get round the Trial mode issue.
To get your serial you need to send an email to pcanswers@wavegenix.com
There's a script in place on his server that will send back a serial. If you've not got one back, then check your junk folder as the reply is indeed automated and might be seen as spam.

watson35 - 24 July 2008 - 2:59pmHi Stuart, thanks for the reply. Sorry if I misunderstand, do you mean to uninstall the software then email pcanswers@wavegenix.com and then reinstall? I have already emailed them, twice in fact, once after installing & again after reinstalling, still with no reply and I know it didn't go into my spam/deleted items.
Grateful for your advice.
