Far to often PC Mags give solutions to problems and quck tips without actually supplying the information needed in order to achieve the aim. PC Answers does. Their information is accurate, concise and best of all the advice works. Well done I am now a subscriber

However on watching the video on the above I found it most disconcerting that the commentary was spoilt by your instructor constantly moving the cursor about and clicking on various icons etc which had at the time no connection to what was being talked about.
The other problem I have is that the HELP files have not downloaded.
I went back to the site to try and get them separately but when I downloaded them and tried to access them I got a message that Windows could not open this file.
Can you please help?
