Unable to update - AV - spyware - M/S updates

Hi

could someone please take a look at the following log - I have a friends PC which is not playing the game. Will go to the homepage and its links - no problem OR to typed URL's, but will not get to any other updates such as M/S etc. Thanks in advance.
