aol mail error 554

using office outlook. setup account as aol said. recieving mail no problem but all sent mail comes back as undiliverable error 554. any thoughts???? pat.

What is the full error message? 554 has a lot of reasons, one being the address/IP you are sending from has been blacklisted due to Spam being sent from it.
