administrator

Hi all,

i have a gateway laptop running win xp (all up to date etc)now i recently tried to log into the administrator account but could not as it wanted a pass word i tried admin.administrator & password but had no luck,i even tried going though it though the recovery console but still had no luck i tried my log in pass word but still no good now i know for sure i did not set one when i first took it out of the box, ormy boys for that matter,can anybody help me on this matter please....thank you..
